For those of you with a son, imagine if a girl accused him of sexual assault at a party. But, the three other individuals who the girl says were there said it either didn't happen or don't recall any such party. Who would you believe?
I know it is not that simplistic, but this ultimately comes down to a "he says, she says." Without any eyewitnesses or proof, you can't say definitively conclude that he is guilty and thus you can't keep him off the court. Sorry.. tie goes to the runner!
