I fully believe she is not dumb and is extremely dangerous - in a Manchurian Candidate way. She has a hypnotic, sing-song voice that is Wicca-like.
You mean like a space cadet. Her appearance, all the way down to her statements and responses show someone who is not in control of her life, and has no idea who is controlling it for her. She welcomingly turned over the circus she is a performer in, over to people she doesn't even know. She's a clueless puppet.
