So the conclusion is, if Kavanaugh is not 100% sure, he’s going down. I hate to say that ... but Trump said yesterday the next candidate would be nominated in 5 minutes.
TRUMP was reportedly “not pleased” with the Kavanaugh performance, with Martha McCallum.
Who could be, pleased?
Kavanaugh delivered, for 30 minutes, one denial over and over, (which is all he *could* do, under Ford’s false accusations), but after the 12th time hearing nothing else of substance, he should not have appeared with Martha.
That appearance may have prompted Trump to say in his wonderful presser, yesterday, that he could name someone else in fifteen minutes, but they would get the same treatment.
(Interesting, is the candidate waiting in the wings is female and reportedly stands out as the most conservative candidates of all Trump picks.)
The Democrats look bad this morning, but the “victim” looks like a mental weak link, and therefore that perception of her behavior can be made to blamed on her “experience”.
Kavanaugh will have to save himself. Already Republican Walter Jones has jumped ship, calling for an FBI investigation.
