Yes judge Napolitano has been way off. I remember being shocked when i first heard him say things that were not in my opnion correct, and that was about 6 months ago. I added him to the other unreliable talking heads on Fox and Fox Business.
I think Napolitano is given to bouts of extreme emotion.
