She’s only failing miserably if you’re looking for a “You can’t handle the truth” moment. Otherwise she’s doing great in blowing up the polygraph including now that Ford doesn’t even know the date she took which was the day of her grandmother’s funeral, the supposed fear of flying, who she spoke to both in and out of Congress, the location of the party. It’s coming together, just a lot slower than people would like.
Yeah exactly, I don’t know why people here expected her to break down and say “OK I admit it, I made the whole thing up” the whole point of this hearing was to hear BOTH sides..let her have her say and than let Kavanaugh have his say
I have a suspicion this is not the case. When a good lawyer like Dershowitz says she’s failing, that’s not a good sign.
But whatever. What viewers watching this on TV isn’t really important. What the senators are thinking does. Nothing said here was ever going to change any minds of voters.

When Ford lied about wanting committee members to come to her in California, but they wouldn’t do it, I expected Mitchell to point out that humongous lie when it came out of her mouth. Mitchell didn’t. It took Grassley to point out the lie.
