The problem here is that the whole thing is one big appear to emotion. You can’t win the fight via technicality.
She only has a fear of flying when it’s convenient.. Like getting out of things she doesn’t want to do.
If she would lie about a fear of flying in order to admittedly manipulate SJC to interview her at her west coast location, then it wouldn’t be a big leap to lie about an assault in order to convince us that Kavanaugh shouldn’t be confirmed.
