They are absolutely getting crushed. This isn't a courtroom hearing, you get 5 minutes then out. Each time this prosecutor speaks for these milquetoast, they lose a chance at a real cross examination.
Republicans are conducting this hearing blind folded, gaged, and with their hands behind their backs.
