If I did it, I would also come forward. There is no legal jeopardy because the statute of limitations has long since tolled. I could not live with myself allowing someone to have his life destroyed and not admit what really happened. That is how our side tends to live their lives. Not so with the scum on the other side.
Not only has the statute of limitations long ago run out, there really was never much of a “crime” here, anyway. Especially since the alleged victim can barely remember what happened in the first place.
The drunken lying slut ford included precisely the elements that in Maryland law constitute felony third degree sexual assault, for which there is no statute of limitations in Maryland.
Just so you know...the State of Maryland has ‘No Statute of Limitations’ on it’s law books! Seems strange, but that’s how it is! Probably the only state in the US like that too.
