She can’t name names because there aren’t any and sho would be open to being sued for defamation.

This isn’t just pinning someone down or dropping your pants (claims which have not been corroborated).

This woman is alleging felony sexual assault - forcible rape. There are no statutes of limitations for felony sexual assault in MD.

If this truly happened to her, she could file charges even this many years later against those who raped her.
