If the 2009 pop was 309 million and we take as true the most recent claim that 1 in 9 in the US is illegal, then there would be 34.33 million illegals in the USA.
I would believe that number.
You can now enter California stores featuring 3 customer service clerks, with none of them being English speakers.
That happened to me last month for the first time.

Deport them all. No exceptions.
We can’t deport 22 million (or more) criminals. What we can do is deport every criminal we find and work hard to find as many as possible. Fine them the cost of the process, at government rates so it will bankrupt them. Given a real cost for continuing their crimes, these criminals will voluntarily go home rather than wait for a (for them expensive) deportation. End result? No more illegals.
30 to 50 million is a realistic spread.
Any numbers that come from the government or leftist media are cooked up in pursuit of a political agenda.
This study falls into the category of “Suspicions Confirmed!”
We have, anecdotally, known for years that the US government was intentionally lying to us about the number of illegal aliens in America.
I’m pleased that this issue is now open for discussion.
BTW, I actually believe that there are closer to 30 million illegal aliens in the US!
Those new numbers correlate nearly exactly with the guesstimated numbers from a dozen years ago I posted on FR of 1 in 8-10 people in the US as illegals.
