I am amazed that an officer of the court can stand up in public and accuse any sitting fellow judge of eggregious felonious conduct and not lose his law license over it.
If he has evidence of judicial misconduct he needed to take it to the senior judge for the DC Circuit, not air it in public bringing disrepute on the Courts of the United States.
