But here’s an even more direct reason why Ford might be fingering the wrong guy for what happened to her: She has profited from abortion. That’s right. As Natural News has reported, Ford
works for a pharmaceutical company that manufacturers an abortion pill drug, whose profits could be strongly impacted by future Supreme Court decisions on abortion rights.
Corcept Therapeutics (Corcept.com) manufacturers and markets an abortion pill drug called mifepristone, and Christine Blasey Ford is a co-author of at least eight published scientific papers produced by the pharmaceutical giant to promote its pills. You can see Blasey’s name listed on several publications at this Corcept.com web page detailing their research papers.
Corcept Therapeutics, Inc., a $166 billion market cap company (stock symbol CORT) reportedly has current annual sales of $216 million. The company offers just one drug, mifepristone, which is widely known as an “abortion pill” or RU-486.
The controversial site Gateway Pundit first broke this story. It seems to have all its facts straight. And it leaves out a key one: Ford actually worked as “director of biostatistics for Corcept Therapeutics in Menlo Park,” according to the San Francisco Chronicle. (H/T Tiger Droppings.)

It’s all about abortion. Everything else is a very far second and beyond.

You don’t really expect an emotion driven, leftist whore to do that level of reasoning, do you?
I hate to rain on everyone’s parade. But I remember that her field is statistics and data analysis so I wondered if that was her role in “authorship” in these various research papers. It was. That does not speak to profiting from RU-486. In fact any potential conflict would have to be noted when presenting the research for publication. So I have to give this speculation a thumbs down.
I have no doubt her motives are political and do arise from concerns about Kavanaugh’s questioning that Roe was settled law. But not because she profits from checking how data was gathered and used.
Furthermore she works for a university. It would be very unusual for the university to not declare they had all rights to any intellectual property that came from research and development at their labs. So even if she was more involved with the hands on aspect personal profit still would be very unlikely.
And if you read the abstracts of the research papers none have anything to do with mifepristone’s use in RU-486.

Kavanaugh accuser, Christine Blasey Ford, has deep ties to a Big Pharma company that mass produces abortion pills.
According to her new Wikipedia page, Professor Ford, while working for Stanford University, was director of biostatistics at Corcept Therapeutics between 2006 – 2011.
Thegatewaypundit.com reports: Corcept Therapeutics Inc. (CORT) has a $1.66 billion market cap (worth), with current annual sales of $216 million.
Liberals and feminists are very worried that Judge Brett Kavanaugh may participate in reversing Roe v. Wade. Christine Blasey wants to stop Kavanaugh from reaching the country’s highest court.
According to an article at Philly.com, “ Alan Schatzberg, a Stanford University psychiatrist and scientist, co-founded Corcept Therapeutics in 1998 to explore whether mifepristone could help treat major depression.” He left the company in 2007, when the company changed direction (but continued to explore uses for mifepristone)…….
