Personally, I think that judges who ignore the law and rule however they want on cases are a grave threat to our republic and freedom. I actually do not want leftist judges who will ignore constitutional law in order to impose whatever the latest dictatorial socialist diktat is. I really don’t.

Maybe Trump should elect conservative judges in the same style as democrats. Find conservatives who can ‘legislate from the bench’ like liberals want to do. That way if we can’t get the people behind our ideas we’ll push stuff through our judges.
