NO, NO, a thousand times NO! Whatever this woman did in high school is NOT the point. The Senators must stick to asking her specific questions relating to the alleged incident with Brett Kavanaugh, which she will not be able to answer convincingly because it didn’t happen - and the three other people that she named as being there have already signed statements saying that.
If they start going after her past sexual history, it will backfire on them completely!
BUT if she goes before the Judiciary Committee with a false claim, under oath, that would make it actionable.

Meanwhile, get a sworn statement from Ford’s therapist. She already released the notes, so privacy is waived. Subpoena her if need be.
Right, a psyche major isn’t likely to know she wouldn’t be charged with perjury if she sent the letter to Eshoo vs. Feinstein. She had help.

I think it will turn out that Ford has been “handled” by Dem operatives and lawyers since 2012. She was like a sleeper cell waiting for Kavanaugh’s nomination to be activated.
If they can’t see her letter, therapist notes and social media, voting against Kavenaugh would be an absolute injustice.

Exposing this whole charade as a Democratic MeToo plot to derail a qualified nominee is the ONLY way the Republicans can win this fight in the court of public opinion...if they go after Dr. Ford on a personal level, they look like insensitive bullies. If they remain calm and courteous but ask hard questions about who prepared her, who helped her scrub her internet background, who else was involved in this from the beginning, then DiFi and the Ds are left holding the bag!

Absolutely correct. I don’t believe Ford will ever testify. Once she does that she loses the ability to delay these proceedings which is what she has been tasked to do. It’s becoming clearer and clearer that this entire charade is an orchestrated smear. Nevertheless there is no point in bringing up Ford’s high school reputation. If anything that adds credibility to her “recovered memory” scam by implying that Kavanaugh might have done what she’s claiming.
There is nothing to be gained with the “She was asking for it wearing that slutty dress” defense here.
