I have a message for virtue-signaling men whove rushed to embrace #MeToo operatives hurling uncorroborated sexual assault allegations into the chaotic court of public opinion.
Stuff it.
Your blanket Believe Women bloviations are moral and intellectual abominations that insult every human being of sound mind and soul.
A certain class of never Trump-harumphers are leading the charge on behalf of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaughs memory-addled partisan accuser Christine Blasey Ford who cannot recall the year she was allegedly traumatized,
where it happened,
who threw the party that paralyzed her for nearly four decades,
how many were in attendance during her claimed assault,
how she got there,
or how she left.
No matter !
Bush campaign hack-turned-ABC News analyst Matthew Dowd doesnt need any data to analyze. Enough with the he said, she said' storyline, he declared this week.
If this is he said, she said, then lets believe the she in these scenarios.
She has nothing to gain, and everything to lose.
For 250 years we have believed the he in these scenarios.
Enough is enough.
Clinton/Kerry flack Peter Daou echoed the unthinking sentiment: To everyone on the right who says Im being selective, I BELIEVE WOMEN whether the accused is a Republican or Democrat.
And yes, that includes all the names youre throwing at me.
My default in these situations is to BELIEVE WOMEN.
Ivy League poobah Simon Hedlin asserted: Accusers go public not because of any supposed benefits but despite the immense costs.
He argued: When somebody is credibly accused of sexual misconduct, the default should be to believe the accuser.
That is a dumb and dangerous default.
The costly toll of believing women, instead of believing evidence, can be seen in the hundreds and hundreds of cases recorded by the University of Michigan Law Schools National Registry of Exonerations involving innocent men falsely accused of rape and rape/murders.
One of those men whose plight Ive reported on for CRTV and my syndicated column, former Fort Worth police officer Brian Franklin, spent 21 years in prison of a life sentence after he was convicted of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl in 1995 who had committed perjury on the stand.
Franklin vigilantly maintained his innocence, studied law in the prison library, and won a reversal of his conviction in 2016.
The jury took less than two hours to acquit him. But his name is still not clear.
He recently submitted a 200-page application for a pardon for innocence and cannot do what he wants to do return to law enforcement unless the members of the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles (along with Texas constitutional conservatives who pay lip service to truth, justice, and due process)
do the right thing.
In Philadelphia, Anthony Wright also served more than two decades behind bars like Franklin.
He was convicted in 1993 for a brutal rape and murder of an elderly woman.
It was a female prosecutor, Bridget Kirn, who failed to alert the Court or the jury to what she personally knew was the falsity of [police detectives] testimony, or otherwise honor her ethical duty to correct it,
according to Wrights lawyers with the Innocence Project.
They have filed a lawsuit directly aimed at the prosecutor this week to hold her accountable for her criminal falsehoods.
And just this week, Oregonian Joshua Horner, serving a 50-year sentence for sexual abuse of a young girl, was exonerated after a dog that the accuser had claimed he shot dead was found alive.
There had been no DNA, no corroborating witnesses, and no other forensic evidence just the word of girl whose contradictions and memory problems were explained away as post-traumatic stress while an innocent man nearly drowned.
The idea that all women and girls must be telling the truth at all times about sexual assault allegations because they have nothing to gain is perilously detached from reality.
Retired NYPD special victim squad detective John Savino, forensic scientist and criminal profiler of the Forensic Criminology Institute Brent Turvey, and forensic psychologist Aurelio Coronado Mares detail the myriad prosocial and antisocial lies people tell in their textbook False Allegations: Investigative and Forensic Issues in Fraudulent Reports of Crime.
Prosocial deceptions involve specific motives beneficial to both the deceiver and the deceived, including the incentives to preserve the dignity of others, to gain financial benefit for another;
to protect a relationship;
ego-boosting or image protection (of others);
and protecting others from harm or consequence.
Antisocial lies involve selfish motives to further a personal agenda at some cost to others, includingself-deception and rationalization to protect or boost self-esteem;
enhance status or perception in the eyes of others;
garner sympathy;
avoid social stigma;
conceal inadequacy, error, and culpability;
avoid consequence;
and for personal and/or material gain.
Let me repeat the themes of my work in this area for the past two years to counter the Believe Women baloney:
The role of the press should be verification, not validation.
Rape is a devastating crime.
So is lying about it.
Its not victim-blaming to get to the bottom of the truth.
Its liar-shaming.
Dont believe a gender.

Brett Kavanaugh could be anyones son and I can only hope that the planners and defenders of this burning at the stake will reap what they have sewn. I believe she has two sons and pray the day comes when they are publicly hung in the same manner as Kavanaugh. I have never been more disgusted with what we are witnessing and now hold the Republicans as responsible as Christine Ford. I will not vote in the midterms because it doesnt matter.

Keep in mind - is anyone, even in this day and age, willing to send a man to jail for such nebulous and faint accusations? By a 15 year old girl?Yes, and worse. I knew a guy who a little 15 year old accessed of kissing her or some such. No one I'd heard of who knew them both believed her for a minute but that didn't matter. After over a year of being hounded relentlessly by the sheriff's department and a certain Austin reporter (spit), blew his brains out on the back porch right before his wife got home to find his body. The little princess then admitted she'd lied. No charges were ever brought against her, the sheriff's dept's shoddy handling of the case or the reporter's twisting of the truth.

They hope it'll help them get laid. (At least the ones who are interested in such things; the rest say Believe Women and mean they believe they are women.)

I know Michelle Malkin is married. Is it wrong for me to consider her big time eye candy? I'm in love with Michelle! I love strong women (and detest mousey liberal FINOs). It's only a coincidence that I married a half filapina. I live in Colorado with Michelle. Hope to meet her one day (without slobbering).

I learned that lesson early as a college intern at the TX state juvie detention center where all the little thugs go before being assigned to facilities after sentencing. The boys were easy to deal with but none of the counselors wanted anything to do with the girls. They’d actually argue with each other to not take any female cases. The girls were horrible little lying angry monsters who’d just as soon slice your face off as look at you. The boys showed respect with yes ma’am and no ma’am.
Young men/boys of today would be wise to use Ford v. Kavanaugh as a life lesson.

The lying, horrible monsters remain just that, too-the only client that ever tried to do physical harm to me was female-she freaked out when I told her that both the insurance carrier and I were aware she was addicted to her pain meds and anti-anxiety drugs, so I had called her doc-now her scrips were cancelled-I held out my hand for the bottle of Valium I saw in her open purse-she pulled out a pocket knife and lunged at me as I backed out the door. We had her committed to a rehab facility for 60 days-too bad that can’t be done to that Ford broad-she’s likely emotionally unstable...

OMG..... That photo has been all over the place for years (though, the same could be said about Christine Blasey). There *is* a resemblance, too. It'd be a hoot if that really is her in the photo.

Yup, sorta looks like an internet hoax.
Welcome to public life Chrissy.
You can be there are reporters all over former party friends paying for party photos.
To: Yosemitest
I’ve known two women who were raped. Proven, legitimate rapes. Two.
I’ve heard dozens claim it, and many on the Internet claim it, but few I would even remotely believe. I’ve heard far too many wild tales that were far more sexual fantasies than rapes.
I’ve heard FBI agents raped them on the hoods of their cars in their garage. I’ve heard drunken party rapes where I know the rape did not happen. I’ve heard traveling alone in the desert rapes. I’ve heard just about every sexual fantasy these liars could ever claim.
I’ve even been the subject of such claims where I wasn’t even in the country at the time. Supposedly I raped a girl that had a crush on me in a Florida gas station where she worked part time and I came in for gas. Sexual fantasy. Nothing more. Nothing like a federal security clearance investigator bringing that little story up. Of course, he knew I wasn’t there so no foul. She lost her clearance over the story.
Another claim was that I raped a girl in a hot tub at a party with 100 people present. She had been asking me screw her in the hot tub previously, so she made up the rape claim. Fun stuff, huh?

“Ask the men in prison, convicted on the word of their wives, the divorced men, and those who got fired from their jobs on the word of a woman.”
Like the story on FR today of a promising young athlete whose life was destroyed by a false allegation and he was convicted, but he was just released because they found out her story was BS.

We now have to realize the leftists have made women versus men one of the new civil war combatant elements.
Black versus whites was established with cop killers, home invasions,Ferguson,and BLM.
Class envy set up already with Bernie agenda ready.
Urban costal elites versus Deplorables or Dregs set.
With the chaos swirling higher the Left wants a new Civil War but doesn’t know what the backlash will entail.
Millenials versus costly medical system drainers who are the over 50 crowd.
College professors, administrators and students versus the patriotic ordinary taxpayers.
Silicon Valley, Google, Facebook, Instagram versus any searches or content by a “hate speech” conservative (all conservatives, naturally).
Gun grabbers versus 2nd Amendment defenders and NRA.
Constitutionalists versus the anarchist or socialist lawless.
Build the Wall border defenders versus wide open borderless placed formerly known as the “country” USA.
And to save space, all Dems versus all conservatives.
