Even if it's a concocted story, which we can easily assume it is....it's being played just the same as if it were. It really doesn't matter if we've been down this road before.....the question is why did the Republicans even agree to 'play' this?????? There was nothing there to begin with and they knew it.
So who is really in charge of our government???? It certainly isn't those playing in this created circus.
If they pushed through the vote...BAD!
If they did/do what they did and continue to do.....VERY BAD!
So there was NO good choice and Grassley tried to be accommodating, in order to stave off the worst of the garbage that he knew would be coming down the pike at him. This maneuver hasn't worked, it has just made some here, foolishly MORE angry.
Sure, it's frustrating and now, Grassley needs to just realize that this has gone on far too long, he can't win, no matter what he does, short of having Kavanaugh appear and then killing him, on T.V. and declaring that he has just "SAVE AMERICA" from the horrible GOPers and Trump and that he, Grassley is now a DEM and shall help to remove Trump when the House impeaches him!
