It is a non denial denial.
Arnold Sang = Rod Rosenweasel
Which part? The taping?
I know they don't use tape anymore.
The Times wants to see Trump fire Rosenstein along with Sessions. They want impeachment proceedings to begin before the midterm election and the FISA declassification.
We need to expose the chaos consuming the administration DoJustUs.
His denial statement is a long way from calling it “utter and complete BS”.
I’d say the story in 95+% correct in the description of events.
We need a Constitutional Lawyer to opine here:
If a POTUS is being considered for a 25th Amendment removal by his Cabinet, can’t he/she thwart the removal by firing his entire Cabinet and replacing them with loyalists? Or, is POTUS prohibited from firing the Cabinet when the 25th Amendment process is invoked?
Or, does firing the Cabinet during a 25th Amendment removal process become an impeachable offense?
The New York Times hates President Trump and his base... IF they’re reporting something that would shore up OUR position it means they’re NOT happy reporting this...
Elf Logic...
With a lawless Congress, anything and nothing are “impeachable offenses”. They’ll just make stuff up.
If the President has the wherewithal to fire his Cabinet, I think it would violate the spirit of the 25th Amendment to vote to remove him in the first place.
Sorry, Rod, we have to believe the New York Times.
You wouldn’t call them #FakeNews would you?
If the President contests the claim, it still has to go to the house and senate. Where they need 2/3rds in both to remove-Higher bar than impeachment.
That is illegal and he should be arrested if he did it. That is a clear violation of the rules about presidents having, I forget the legal terms they always use, but they have privileges of their position, if someone remembers the legal term I cannot remember.
And the thread just below this one in breaking news:
