Why is POTUS surrounded by so many in his own administration who wish him ill? Is he doing the “keep your enemies closer” thing?

It is quite obvious that you do not understand today's two party system.

On the one hand we have President Trump while on the other we have the government.

I was pondering that yesterday. I think it is a three party system. Trump, the uniparty and Swamp/deep state.
