Kavanaugh doesn’t have to prove a DAMN thing. That’s the American system. Reasonable doubt threshold if criminal, preponderance if a civil action. Hearsay testimony is one testifying about something someone else said. She is not doing that. This is her direct testimony (which is completely lacking in substance).
