Is this the same letter CNN printed on the 17th?

So the letter we all think we saw was made up by CNN from a source supposedly reading a redacted copy of the real letter??
This has bugged me for days. I was sure it was first reported that the letter was from someone who had knowledge of the “assault”. But then the letter I have seen is from Ford herself.
On July 6 I notified my local government representative to ask them how to proceed with sharing this information .
