If South Africa kills their farmers we should withdraw ALL aid. It's NOT our responsibility to ‘undo or mitigate’ the natural consequences of stupid choices.

If a country has an earthquake - or a severe drought - a flood - then yes, we should step in if we have the money and time.

But to step in to stop consequences from ludicrous half-witted choices is nuts. Taxpayers have ZERO interest in enabling corrupt fools by footing the bill for their 'mistakes'... No, enough is enough.
