Of course, President Trump has them. They are sitting in his White House counsel’s office. He’s been briefed, he doesn’t need to read through the hundreds of relevant pages.
The DOJ/FBI can propose whatever they wish. Then President Trump can say today is the day and release part one, the fourth FISA application renewal for Carter Page.
Nothing can stop President Trump. He’s decided and is the decider.
