Members of Congress may have large staffs, and nearly unlimited budgets but I think most of them are lazy(except for raising reelection cash)and probably drunk and/or high most of the time, including all those on Alzheimer’s meds.

Actually they work long hours. Many late nights at the office with pizza and beer. A lot of 'fraternizing' too.
