I don'y know what the law is, where this supposedly/maybe/maybe not happened; however, in most states, yes, there is a statue of limitations, which would apply.
I'm not even sure if there is a law against "groping".

I wonder what kind of records we can find in the National Archives for comrade obama and felony clinton?

DiFi is toast. Time to resign and take her millions home with her.
To: Oldeconomybuyer
Maeningless. Let them sue. There will be nothing of note, and by the time they get all those millions of pages, Kavanaugh will be firmly settled into the SC .

Of course. First, there is no federal offense. Second, there is no crime. Third, statute of limitations has run out on any possible charge.
If she has really adopted this posture, then the game is over for her, and the rats will have some serious backing and filling to do to avoid public ridicule.

No. Even if they delay the vote till after the election, and even if the rats take control of the Senate, there will still be a lame duck session after the election until the holiday adjournment. Plenty of time for a gop Senate to confirm, if only the chickenturds will stay between the ditches long enough to get it right.

There are laws against things like sexual imposition which fall short of rape charges. But this may not even reach that, and in any case the statute of limitations will have expired long ago.

The one thing you can count on is the spinelessness of Republican congress critters.

Thanks, I didn’t know there was such a thing, which I doubt could be proved and yes, a grope is something different.

If the FBI had run with it, they likely would have found out a LOT about the Ford nut-job to discredit her forever...
