I don’t care if Ford will be questioned by Kavanaugh’s attorney. It’s setting a precedent that the Dems will perpetuate ad nauseam.

The Senate is charged with the confirmation, not some outside attorney/ambulance chaser. Schedule the PRIVATE hearing sans the hired screamers in the morning and the vote in the afternoon.
We all know why the DemonRats are throwing up these issues....to delay the confirmation until after the November election. Dingbat Senator Hirono has already announced their plan...to obstruct on the hopes that the DemonRats steal back the Senate in 2018 or until 2020 if that doesn't happen.
Give her a few hours to embellish her vague claim UNDER OATH, let Kav respond and then vote. Thursday would be better than Monday.

If I am the judge I go to the hearing and I make one statement. I make one sworn statement: "I read the accusation from the alleged victim. I categorically deny the statements in the letter. The events as described by the accuser may have happened with an individual. I can say with 100% certainty I was not that individual. I will not answer any further questions related to this accusation."
Questions for Ford:
When did you first remember that this event happened?
How well did you know Kavanaugh prior to this event?
What were the circumstances where/where you recovered this memory?
Did you tell anyone about this event at the time it happened?
What was Kavanaugh wearing that day?
When did the event happen?
Were you drinking?
Who were the four guys at the party?
Do you fear Kavanaugh becoming Supreme Court Justice? Why?
I notice your attorney is a Sorros affiliate, how did you meet?
(There are techniques to get a person to fabricate the details of an event and then confront them with the reality and cause them to self destruct) Present actual pictures of the house and pool.

No, she doesn’t. Senators want the questioning without potential risk of the questions falling on the senators themselves. If they have to ask the questions, they are accountable for the questions. They want the hearing, let them ask the questions!

Collins is suggesting that the lawyer of the JUDGE be questioned. She did not ask that the lawyer for the PERFESSOR be questioned.

Why would the attorneys for the parties be subject to questioning? That doesn’t make sense. She is suggesting that Ford’s attorney question Kavanaugh, and Kavanaugh’s attorney question Ford — equal time granted to each — and then the senators ask questions.
This asshat is exactly what the committee chairman is up against. Susan Collins, wish she would go away, permanently.
