"Yes, he MUST resign because of our faked allegation! We simply cannot allow that outdated Constitution thingy to rule our lives!!" - NBC News

Republicans with no spine to stand up to the Academic Socialist/Soros attacks like this, are the bery reason we are in such a mess as a nation in the first place.

Absolutely NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kavanaugh a superb candidate, the Dems could not find anything bad about him, so last minute they come up with this ridiculous accusation about him, when he was in high school.

If this were true, it would have come out a long time ago.

The Dems are just desperate to try to stop a smart conservative to get on SCOTUS.

If Kavenaugh doesn’t get nominated, it will detrimentally affect the midterms and potentially Trump’s reelection in 2020.

THIS is what he ran on. Judges and boarder wall and taxes......

Today, Trump acted like he was ok with there being a delay. I hope he didn’t just blink.

What they mean is for the good of the Democratic Party. The Democrats have stepped in it. This is going to backfire.

Dennis Prager said today that even if the allegations are true it does not disqualify Kavanaugh. I agree. It was high school. Supposedly everyone involved was sauced. This is ridiculous.

Actually, Mr. Siegfried, for the good of the country you should seek employment that doesn’t involve you having a media soapbox from which to spout moronic drivel like this. You are a very, very little person.

Fold up and quit because of a lie?
That is the last thing anyone should do.

Democrats should be burning their Party memberships - seeing how their Party acts. But they won't - because they believe that the ends justify the means - lie, cheat, and steal is A-OK.

Evan Siegfried is a typical roll-over-and-play-dead Republican. He is throwing in the towel based on unfounded and likely unprovable allegations.

If the Dems win on that, they will use the tactic for the next SCJ and the next. Likely for Ginsberg they will be demanding a ‘like’ SCJ — meaning a leftist Liberal.

The whole court should resign. A lot of them did similar things. Some didn’t even stick to the opposite gender!

We need to go back to 3rd grade on everyone holding any kind of office. Why should dog catchers get to have sexual fumbling in school?

Hey Siegfried, pretty sure you just added yourself to some people’s list come CW2 that scum like you clearly want. Not mine, I’m too old and decrepit to fight so don’t have a list. Others aren’t.

"...I'm a Republican and support Trump's judicial strategy but the perceived legitimacy of the court is more important than one man..."

Republican my ass. But he did say "Republican" and not "conservative", so I guess that defines him well enough.
