Her lawyer looks like John Turturro in drag:

Sorry, stupid lawyer, but the accusation at the 11th hour is hers - she has to prove she speaks the truth.

The lawyer is an idiot, and is political.

Apparently her lawyer, Debra Katz, said in a 1998 Time Magazine article that:

"If a woman came to me with a similar fact pattern, that is someone in the company above her propositioned her but only once and she suffered no tangible job detriment," Katz said, "I would probably tell her that I'm sorry, it's unfair, but you don't have a case."

Katz said that courts have generally held that a one-time proposition does not constitute harassment. "If it's one time, it has to be severe, almost a sexual assault, not just a touching of somebody's breast or buttocks or even forceful kissing," she said.

So to Ms. Ford's lawyer, Debra Katz, a bit of unwanted touching, if it happened just once, doesn't even rise to the level of sexual harassment. More exactly, what Bill Clinton did to Paula Jones was not big deal, and not even enough to lead to a claim of improper behavior in the workplace.

So even it what Ms. Ford says happened, did occur, how is what she described even worth talking about? It would not even rise to the level of being sexual harassment in an office, and it certainly would not be disqualifying behavior among high school students 30+ years ago - or at least that is what Debra Katz would say if it was a Democrat being nominated.
