Tomorrow, Sept 18, is exactly 210 days since Rachel Brand left DoJ as Assoc AG.
By law and DoJ succession rules, Trump could have the acting replacement AAG (Mr Pannuccio) for 210 days. Now, his clock ran out.
Tomorrow, Trump’s guy, Senate-confirmed Solicitor General Noel Francisco takes over as AAG.
When Rosenstein resigns in disgrace due to the declassifications, Francisco takes over. As Mueller’s boss.
