But if Kavanaugh says he wasn’t there, then what is there to deny? This is odd. Did Judge mean nothing like this ever happened at any time rather than referring to a specific party?

That’s the question the headline is begging you to ask. Down further is his actual and more sensible statement “And a Hatch spokesperson told ABC News of Kavanaugh: ‘He told Senator Hatch he was not at a party like the one she describes,”

Lying with paraphrasing.

Nobody knows what the specific party is, because she can’t identify anything about the party, except that it happened in the summer, and that there were no parents.

She has said that there were 4 boys at the party. Of course, she says that in saying her therapist wrote down incorrect information.

So, I guess you could look for any party where there were no parents, 4 boys, and this woman and the two named boys were known to be at the party.

So far as I can tell, nobody has yet come forward to claim they were at a party where those 3 people were also attending, which would be the first thing I would imagine the democrats have been looking for during the past 2 months.

Either they found these other people and are keeping it a secret for another opportune time, or they have not been able to find anybody who will put the three people together.

It is smart, I think, of the two guys to not say anything about being at any party with her, until someone can pin down what party she is talking about.

I do believe people need to prove his guilt, he doesn’t need to prove his innocence.

That’s technically, of course. He’ll need to do whatever to get people to vote for his appointment.
