Small sites no.

I'm just pointing out their tendency to censor information that they don't like.

As a matter of fact, big sites no, if the big sites make it clear to people that they are deliberately biased, and that they exist solely to support one side of the political spectrum.

Large communications sites which claim to be fair or unbiased, should absolutely be barred from censoring any non-illegal comments.

That's completely unworkable. They will be spammed and rendered useless for any serious commenting. A serious conservative presence requires some moderating and there's a blurry line between moderation and censorship. There is no role for government in defining that line.
