Lots of people moving from Venezuela to Columbia, because so many of them are Columbians. Venezuela has experienced massive illegal immigration from Columbia. The migrants came to Venezuela (which used to be more Caucasian in demographics) from Columbia for economic reasons, and then helped Chavez come to power.
