In my recent work in the Middle East I had the pleasure to work very closely with some Tunisian military individuals. They are well educated and well spoken. They still speak of Carthage and have a lot of European blood in them. Anyhow, just my observation.
Seems they have more sense than Europeans when it comes to terrorism. They call it right away.
