Where is the scientific, historic or empirical evidence that the greater the racial, ethnic, cultural and religious diversity of a nation, the stronger it becomes?

The very assertion is absurd. How could it possibly be true? Strength in unity makes sense. It implies a cumulative effect, an aggregation of individuals into a cohesive entity.

Diversity, by contrast, is variety, differences, a subtraction of strengths until one reaches a lowest common denominator. Strength in diversity contradicts common sense as well as observation.
