Power has been out in most of Fayetteville, NC since late yesterday afternoon. Test ran the generator last night - works great. Cable/ internet is down. Working off my phone.

Just talked to some family in Fayetteville, they are on a bluff 60' above the river. No rise in the water level as of now, that will start tomorrow, so they say. He said local news is making it sound like "Armageddon", which is not true, but it is the MSM. Power and internet out, radio and cell phone only.

Report from Leland (just west of Wilmington)...steady rain, still some wind gusts. Damage to businesses, trees down everywhere. Cape Fear river supposed to crest late Sunday night/Monday morning.
