My family had been in south florida since 1923. My brother got hammered by Andrew. He was in Culter Ridge at 208 and Cutler road. He was out of his house for 15 months. Few things I learned from my elders, empty garbage cans, hose them out, install big garbage bag, fill with water, throw in a cap full of bleach( non scented).
