Hogan isn’t perfect, but, he’s a breath of fresh air.

I live in the Baltimore suburbs and was surprised that Hogan actually won four years ago. I have to admit I did not vote in that election. Usually, I always turn out for presidential primaries and general elections, although I do recognize that all elections have consequences. It’s just so hard to get excited about local Maryland campaigns in recent years.

Moreover, I wish Hogan wasn’t such a NeverTrumper. He has never uttered a kind word about our great POTUS, to my knowledge and does take pride in speaking out against anything President Trump supports. Hogan refused to provide Maryland National Guard forces to patrol the border and even defended Federal workers when President Trump cancelled their pay increase.

Praying for fellow Freepers in the path of Florence and hoping my area is spared any significant problems. My county has received more than a month’s worth of rain in just the last ten days, resulting in trees toppling due to their roots being weakened by the saturated ground. Any strong winds will certainly lead to power outages as well.
