"Duke Power is not exactly fast" Duke Power is not the brightest bulb in the box. One time I asked them to transfer my account to a new location. They said they couldn't do that because they had me listed as "deceased". It took two weeks of email, snail mail, and enumerable phone calls to prove I wasn't dead.
