Grassley, is a bit frazzled, but he’s going to let them play themselves out. I fully expect at some point, the democrats will walk out in unison.
I hope they do ... with the objective of "tainting" Kavanaugh's confirmation, of course.
The confirmation will be accomplished even quicker and without all the theatrics.
And, at the cost of making themselves fools in the eyes of normal Americans just a few weeks before the mid-terms, they will have accomplished something that no one will even remember a few weeks after Kavanaugh's confirmation.
I think they walk too. They;ll use “these documents” they need as reason to walk. If smart Republicans will continue with the nomination process w/o them!
