In my best Johnny Carson; I did not know that.
Dude, beat ya!
And then, there’s paragraphs.
Some Sunday show updates (today—past hour) via Bing search:
Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh is likely to get the votes he needs for confirmation as long as he does as expected at Tuesdays Senate Judiciary hearing, Sen. Lindsey Graham told Chris Wallace this morning on Fox News Sunday.
Washington Free Beacon editor-in-chief Matthew Continetti said President Donald Trump understands Americas economic power differently than other politicians during an appearance on MSNBCs “Meet the Press.”
“Once that agreement was basically negotiated then Canada was in the position having to join or else what are they going to do?” Continetti continued. “President Trump understands the economic power of the United States in a way many other American politicians do not.”
Ohio Gov. John Kasich said that there will “never be another John McCain” in an interview with “Face the Nation” moderator Margaret Brennan on Saturday. He discussed McCain’s deep faith, both in God and in his country.
Florida gubernatorial candidate Andrew Gillum (D) said Sunday that he would increase taxes on corporations in the state to help fund his plan to provide Medicare for all.
Gillum was pressed on CNN’s “State of the Union” about his pledge to provide medical care for everyone in his state, including how he would pay for it.
“I dont buy that,” Gillum said when asked if higher taxes are a prerequisite of Medicare for all. “I will absolutely not raise taxes on everyday working Floridians.”
He said he would look to increase taxes on corporations instead, arguing that only 3 percent of companies in the state pay a corporate tax rate.
Thank you for re-formating that. That’s a keeper.
To Gillum:
Sucks to be an “everyday working Floridians” if you expected a job with an overtaxed corporation!
Thanks! I’m on a roll today.
Gonna leave to do some work in a moment.
Their hopes are pinned to acquisition to his tax returns which can be spun into collusion/Putin blackmail, etc. If they turn up, which I'm sure they will, then they'll declassify.
Speaking of blackmail; with proof Hillary was hacked by the Chinese at minimum, imagine the blackmail to which we would have been subject. Scary.
The question now is how much flak comes from a Sessions firing. I believe he has ample and demonstrable cause.
Believe or not, my dogs would very much like to meet and greet this rabbit, shake paws as it were, then chase it all over Kingdom come and back.
Anyway, with the dogs going nuts I go outside to meet this rabbit and chase him off where the dogs can't see.
This rabbit, from my window, is BIG and all BLACK!
Wild.
And he sits and chews grass with the dogs going nuts and I decided to talk to him.
I got within three feet of the big guy and guess what?
IT WAS A CALICO RABBIT!
I could not believe my eyeballs.
Now I've had many calico cats in my lifetime so I'm smug, mentally noting that the rabbit must be female.
And still the rabbit chews grass and watches me, pleasantly. He will hop a few feet a way if I move a bit closer.
So I looked it up on Google and find out that there are many, many calico rabbits and, unlike cats, they are not necessarily always female.
There's also Harlequin rabbits and other kinds but folks, this big calico rabbit, my he is handsome.
And he seems to take us all, me and the dogs, in stride.
In other words, he's right.
Kasich said that there will never be another John McCain
Thank God for that. Hopefully there will never be another Kasick nor Kerry. (who served in Viet Nam)
Gillum said...I will absolutely not raise taxes on everyday working Floridians....he would look to increase taxes on corporations instead
No, instead he will raise prices on goods and services for "everyday working Floridians"
(since you can't actually tax corporations)
With Donald Trump, this all has come to an end. Donald Trump is America s first wartime president in the Culture War
Thanks for sharing the full article. This quote resonates and defines who and what we elected to save our country
Go Donald. Modern day Lincoln and George Patton...... :):):)
That thought has crossed my mind also. Just doesn't smell right.
I don’t think Gillum is going anywhere, hes too corrupt and too many have figured it out.
You beat me to it bud!Like minds!
Nice graphic, than there are clouds off the African coast,no telling on that one.
LOL you are fast bud!I’m old and slower....(but i get to go fishing)
Well, my point is is that everything is about the midterms starting....NOW.
So the question for each party, Trump, House Republicans, House Democrats, Red-state democrat senators is what to do?
We’ve seen the democrat House leadership (Pelosi, Clyburn, Cummings, etc.), play down the Trump Impeachment talk. That means they fear the REACTION to such talk—that is, enraged Trump voters.
Will the House Republicans take advantage of this? Will Trump do rallies and campaign for them? I think he will if they ask, but NEVERTRUMPERs better make up their minds in the next few weeks.
Senate democrats up for election in red-states? They’ve got to appease Trump voters, plain and simple. There reelections will also hinge on how any anti-Trump impeachment talk or Mueller reveals go.
Trump himself. You see where he’s going. All a big nothingburger witch hunt.
I’m convinced that exploiting this is his path to keeping his Presidency, which hinges on the House.
We KNOW, despite their forked-tongued talk, what Pelosi et al will do if they win the House.
What will Trump do if the GOP loses the House? I think he fights back, and fires the DoJ Stooges, but of course the democrats will impeach. No doubt.
If the House stays GOP, then Trump has won.
Kill the investigations and deep state coup then and there. Strike immediately and HARD.
So, let’s look at the one who is investigating? Mueller... What doers he do to ensure a Trump defeat—that is, ensuring the House flips? Press too hard, he’s giving Trump something concrete to run on. Does he really have anything? A little bit won’t do it, it will probably just stir up Trump voters.
Does Mueller really have something, good? A death blow? Release it now (next two months).
I don’t think he does. He would’ve shot that cannon already, for many reasons.
You are right, he is very corrupt.
He’s the whiz soaring by this week. That other girl, the Puerto Rican one, was last week’s.
This Gillum has lots of bad stuff in his background. Trump’s going to make that known.
Hunnert!
