A memorial service for Sen. John McCain is taking place in Washington Saturday. Former President George W. Bush and former President Barack Obama are giving eulogies at the service at the Washington National Cathedral. Both men defeated McCain in his two campaigns to become president, in 2000 and 2008. President Trump is not attending.
The service begins at 10:00 a.m. ET.
The "maverick" senator was previously honored at a memorial ceremony in his home state of Arizona Thursday, where he was eulogized by friend and luminaries such as former Vice President Joe Biden. Thousands of citizens paid respect as he lay in state at the Arizona Capitol.

I’ve wondered since I read earlier this week that he made all the plans how long that planning was in the works. obozo did say he called him at the “beginning of the year” so that tells me he made some of these plans specifically for zingers at the president - no doubt! The longer he lingered, the angrier he got.

She deserved it for having had her life looked at under a microscope, analyzed, and re-analyzed by people who aren’t worthy to clean her boots. It was one despicable allegation after another...from claiming that Trig Palin was actually Bristol’s baby, to that stupid author Joe McGinniss who deliberately moved in next door to her to harass her and her family.

He’s up for reelection in 2 years and has started to veer right. He learned that from his master, McStain. He’ll return to bashing Trump in 2020.
