Rusty, IIRC it took hubby’s arm quite a while to get better.

This was so long ago, we can’t even remember what he was treated with, didn’t have much back then but penicillin and maybe ampicillin.

But he did get a tetanus shot after the fact.

I think your waiting the 3 days is the culprit here, infection got a foothold and is going to take some time to kill.

Praying it has not affected the bone.

The doc said yesterday that, now knowing what kind of infection it was, penicillin would have cleared it up in no time. I almost died from penicillin once and can’t take it.
