Notice the difference in northern and southern Indiana. IIRC Indy is in the southern district Dad clerked at Hammond (near Chicago)in the northern. Also an office in south bend or Fort Wayne iirc. We often traveled to Indy to file paper work in southern Court.

I notice the difference in our valley and we drive up the Knob and its often different. It was bad years ago with the local schools during bad weather and before the high school and junior high was build on the Knob. Kids had to come in from even the Georgetown area.
