None other than "Never met a young girl I didn't want to fondle" Biden will be the keynote eulogizer (is that a word?).

After the funeral, NN will be transported to Sky Harbor Airport, where another PRIVATE ceremony will take place with the AZ National Guard.

Then the remains and the family will fly to DC. (will Cindy and her children sit in 1st class while the older NN children and adopted daughter be relegated to 2nd class?)
