Attempting to map your characteristics, I ended up with the following:
Drive (accomplishment) = conscientiousness
Influence (control over others) = extraversion
Compliance (following the rules) = agreeableness
Security (action taken to prevent the unexpected) = neuroticism
Energy level = openness to experience

I agree with all expect energy level. this is a biological thing. Some folks are couch potatoes, others come home from 10 hours on the job and start working on their cars or?
