No, what this story tells us is that McCain and Hillary are cut from the same cloth. McCain was always petty and vindictive - he never extended even a modicum of graciousness towards people who truly disagreed with him on any significant issue. If he was friendly with Hillary and gracious with Obama, it was because she and he shared the same core agenda and values.
I don't think that I have it in my to wish something as terrible as glioblastoma on anybody, but if that is what it takes to finally be rid of one of the worst people in the Republican party, so be it.

Oh please, these same liberal pundits were calling McCain ‘racist’ just like every other Republican Presidential nominee back in 2008.

Notice they didn't have a much-publicized drinking contest in Washington, D.C.
Of course they held it in Estonia. At that time, they were both U.S. Senators selling themselves out to foreign interests.
That's the legacy they both leave behind: Corrupt U.S. Senators and two-time failed presidential candidates.
I guess we can all be thankful that Hillary was never a Navy pilot ... because I'm sure they would have competed for the number of lost aircraft they had to their credit.

Come now, Trump and Hillary have had drinks too.
CNN forgets this so as to not humanize him, and you forget this for the “cut from the same cloth” thing.
There is no such thing as friends in politics. Only connections. All 3 of these people knew this.

That image sums up the humanity and character of the late Senator McCain, who will be mourned deeply on both sides of the political aisle. He embodied a more moderate brand of conservatism -- one that could separate politics and friendship -- that now feels distant and very much missed. The print edition of stories like this should come with their own air-sickness bag.

Now we know for sure that McCain ran in 2008 to give the win to Obama.
He spent more time attacking his Running Mate Palin than he ever did attacking Obama or Hillary.

Well thats BS.

" the rules were unclear, but Hillary -- McCain's one-time political rival -- was declared the winner"
Color me shocked, stunned, surprised, befuddled!

"He embodied a more moderate brand of conservatism"
He didn't embody conservatism at all. He was the most liberal Republican in the senate.

What’s happened has happened to both of them in the interim.
I think we need to find leadership other than those two in the future.
We are so far away from the Constitutional vision of this nation’s founders, we need to look way far away from Washington for wisdom.

Imagine Hillary’s slurred speech after that fourth vodka.
“Johnny, sit down please. Let me tell you what I REALLY THINK about my humsband..Misssster Bill F’ing CLINTON!!”

Look at that photo, did he admire her more for threatening women, or because her husband was a rapist and disbarred perjurer as president?

So glad for America that he’s gone. A small petty grifter, always for sale, betrayed everyone who trusted him.
Out for himself

Therefore, is Hillary (along with others) getting ready to do their best Brando as Mark Antony at McCain’s funeral?

What it tells me is that I would need 8 shots of vodka just to be in the room with either of those ignoble punks.

Therefore, is Hillary (along with others) getting ready to do their best Brando as Mark Antony at McCains funeral? I'm thinking more like Barzini at Don Corleone's funeral.
