The Pope and his supporting/collaborating Cardinals must be tried in a US court under RICO statutes.

Good luck getting to the pope, but certainly, any predator under US jurisdiction should be indicted and tried under the criminal statutes of the states. The church cannot be trusted to deal with this by itself.

I don’t think the U.S. can subpoena the Pope. He is a head of state. I don’t think even Italy can get him.
