He was one of the flight instructors at Meridian when I was there in flight training. He was known even then as a marginal pilot, but his dad was CINCPAC so what he was marginal. The Forrestal should have labeled him a mass murderer, but his dad was CINCPAC so what he killed a bunch of sailors.
