That includes those still in this world, and those in the world to come.

That may be the Catholic Church but that is not the Christian/Bible church...

The Christian church is all those who are born again and are IN Christ Jesus and are indwelled with the Trinity...Got nothing to do with any bishop...We gather around Jesus, not any bishop...
