The U.S. Attorney's office for the Southern District of New York charged Michael Cohen and an unidentified co-conspirator (POTUS) with a criminal offense which does not exist. Both the U.S. Attorney’s office and Michael Cohen know that the offense charged do not exist Mr. Cohen's lawyer Lanny Davies also knows that said alleged criminal offense does not exist.
As such Lanny Davis should have filed a Rule 12 motion to dismiss the charges. He declined to do so.
Arguably the U.S. attorney’s office, Michael Cohen and Lanny Davis conspired to perpetrate a fraud on the court to which the case was assigned.
The U./S. prosecutor should be subpoenaed to appear before, at least the U.S. House Judiciary Committee to testify under oath as to why false non-extant charges were brought against Mr. Cohen and the unidentified co-conspirator.

He’s right. People like Brennan and the rest of the Deep state have created a true Constitutional Crisis out of their refusal to accept the results of an election.

Oddly enough, I agree with Maher. For the first time since 1860, the losing side in a presidential election has refused to accept the results of that election and has opted to overthrow the election "by all means necessary." If the losing side doesn't back down, I honestly see no result but a bloodbath that would dwarf the Civil War's casualty rate.
I believe that Brennan and Davis are covering for Obama and Clinton.
The 45K number of sealed indictments is a scam. That's the total number sealed documents filed since (whatever the date is). And it doesn't mean that those documents haven't been unsealed since the time that they were sealed.
As far as Thor's hammer dropping, nothing is going to happen while the recused Sessions is AG and while the DAG remains Deep State Rod Rosenstein.
