I sure hope so. The coup plotters need to know that they would not live to enjoy the fruits of their treachery.
There is an important lesson to be learned from the unending hunt for surviving Nazi war criminals. Anyone involved with overthrowing the duly-elected President of the United States should receive the same lifelong priority. Whether a year later or seven decades later, they should be found and brought to justice for their treason - and executed if they are convicted in a jury trial.
